Why?
Discover your personal ‘user manual’ for work and bring concrete tools back to your team.
In every team, each person brings their own perspective, working style, and energy level. With one in five people being neurodivergent (including autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, highly sensitive, introverted, or gifted individuals), chances are high that you already have neurodivergent colleagues on your team.
How do you stay true to yourself in your daily routine while collaborating seamlessly with colleagues who think, communicate, or process information differently?
In this interactive workshop, we move beyond basic theory. You will learn to clarify your own workplace needs (individual level) and positively influence your team’s dynamic (group level)—even if you attend the workshop on your own.
What and for whom?
This workshop strengthens neurodiverse teams by focusing on self-awareness, psychological safety, communication, well-being, and collaboration. Across each of these pillars, we share actionable insights and practical tips that you can apply immediately—both individually and with your team.
Designed for anyone looking to boost daily collaboration and workplace happiness. Whether you are neurodivergent yourself, seeking a smooth way to work with a specific colleague, or wanting tools to better understand your team: you are warmly welcome. You attend as an individual, but the insights you gain will directly benefit your entire team.
Delivered as a 4-hour session for up to 15 participants—online or on-site—in English, French or Dutch.
