Activation (workshops)

Neuro-inclusive leadership for neurodiverse teams

Why?

Neurodiversity is a fact. With one in five people being neurodivergent — encompassing those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, high sensitivity, giftedness, and more — it’s highly likely your team already comprises a rich mixture of diverse brains and minds.

This inherent mix of unique perspectives within your team is crucial for challenging groupthink and fostering innovation, creativity, the development of inclusive products and services, and an enhanced customer experience. This is what we refer to as the power of neurodiverse teams.

To truly unlock this power, targeted neuro-inclusive strategies are essential. These strategies enable all team members to leverage their talents and potential, foster mutual understanding, and enhance collaboration. Research consistently demonstrates that neuro-inclusion positively impacts team productivity, resilience, and overall team dynamics. As a leader, this empowers you to effectively facilitate and support your neurodiverse team in achieving its objectives.

What and for whom?

In this workshop, we focus on neuro-inclusive leadership and strategies for belonging, psychological safety, team agreements and dynamics. We will delve into what’s required to support neurodiverse teams and share experiences by discussing internal use cases.

Designed for CxO, executives, directors, line managers and people leaders of neurodiverse teams who are committed to championing neuro-inclusion.

Provided as a four hour session with maximum 15 participants, online or in-person, in English, French or Dutch. Requires the participant to complete an awareness session beforehand.

In addition to real-life examples shared by experts by lived experience, we will work extensively on case studies (first in small groups, then in a plenary session), with the workshop facilitators providing input on how to best handle these in the future.

Organising this workshop contributes to the following SDGs:
3
Good health and well-being
