Made in Oost-Vlaanderen and Het Nieuwsblad want to put local female entrepreneurship in the spotlight and give them a platform. That is why they organise the “Strafste Onderneemster” (Most Impressive Female Entrepreneur) award every year. This year, Daphné De Troch was selected from a group of six hundred candidates.

Little less than a month ago we’ve demonstrated our latest creation, “Becoming a high-performing, neurodiverse software team - The game,” at the XP Days Benelux 2023 conference in The Netherlands.

Neurodivergent people, such as those with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and more, often have specific talents and skills yet remain easily overlooked, misunderstood, or not fully integrated into society and companies. With an estimated one in five people being neurodivergent, this group of underappreciated people and talent is immense.
