As a manager, you want to provide optimal support to your team, especially when working with a neurodivergent team member. Our tailored guidance programme helps you and your team member improve collaboration, communication, and resilience, ensuring everyone feels supported and can function optimally.
The programme lasts three months and consists of:
- Individual sessions: Twice a month separately for you and your neurodivergent team member.
- Group sessions: Once a month.
During the sessions, you receive practical support for challenges such as workload, communication, and team dynamics, and applying reasonable adjustments and universal design. Your team member receives tailored guidance to leverage their strengths optimally. Together, we work towards an inclusive and resilient work culture within your team.
