Made in Oost-Vlaanderen and Het Nieuwsblad want to put local female entrepreneurship in the spotlight and give them a platform. That is why they organise the “Strafste Onderneemster” (Most Impressive Female Entrepreneur) award every year. This year, Daphné De Troch was selected from a group of six hundred candidates.
Daphné De Troch is the founder of Bjièn, a Ghent-based organisation established in 2021 that helps companies raise awareness, provides advice and implements neuro-inclusive work cultures through workshops and training courses. 1
Daphné’s nomination is a great opportunity to give neuro-inclusion in the workplace a bigger platform, thereby making the working environment more accessible for every brain.
The winner of the title of “Most Impressive Female Entrepreneur” in East Flanders will be decided by a public vote. You can vote here until 3 March. The winner will be announced on Friday 6 March.
